Place the prepared puff pastry in a sealed container or plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.

After two hours, sprinkle the table with a small amount of flour and place the dough on it.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a layer of centimeter thickness.

Cut the rolled out dough into ten centimeter squares.

Roll out each prepared square of dough to three millimeters thick.
