Stewed potatoes with liver

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare the necessary products according to the list, peel the potatoes, carrots and onions, wash the chicken liver.
STEP 2
Cut the chicken liver into small pieces.
STEP 3
Pour vegetable oil into a thick-bottomed pan, heat it and place the liver in the pan. Fry the liver pieces over medium heat, stirring, for two minutes.
STEP 4
Meanwhile, cut the onion into quarter rings.
STEP 5
Add the chopped onion to the pan with the chicken liver, stir and fry for another five minutes over medium heat.
STEP 6
While the liver and onions are frying, cut the carrots into small cubes.
STEP 7
Then pour the chopped carrots into the pan, add salt and spices and stir. Continue frying for another 5 minutes.
STEP 8
Next, cut the potatoes into large cubes.
STEP 9
Place the chopped potatoes into the pan.
STEP 10
Fill the potatoes with liver in a saucepan with broth, add a bay leaf.
STEP 11
Gently mix all the ingredients in the pan, let it boil, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer for 20 minutes.
STEP 12
At the end of the stewing, finely chop the greens.
STEP 13
Pour the chopped greens into the pan and stir.
STEP 14
The stewed potatoes with liver are ready, turn off the heat.
STEP 15
Serve the stewed potatoes with liver immediately hot.
