My daughter loves chicken soup like she did in kindergarten! And I like the speed and ease of preparation). For the soup, I took two chicken thighs from which I removed the skin. With them, the broth turns out rich, tasty, with golden beads of fat. I cut the potatoes into small cubes, as well as the onions. My daughter doesn’t like diced carrots, so she grated them on a coarse grater. While the vegetables were cooking, I took the chicken thighs into pieces. Then I dipped the meat into the soup and seasoned it with pasta. From the variety of pasta I chose stars. It seems to me that they are the most “childish”). Since the stars are small in size, I didn’t cook them for a long time, I literally brought them to a boil and removed the pan from the stove. To give the soup additional taste and aroma, I added vegetable seasoning. The soup turned out very tasty and tender! And in bad autumn weather, it also warms you up after a walk! Thanks for the recipe!
