Memories of childhood are always associated with the warmth of the hearth and the aroma of freshly baked bread. My grandmother created miracles in the kitchen, and each of her recipes became a real treasure for me. Family for me is a cornerstone around which tastes and traditions revolve. Traveling around the world, I absorb ideas and inspiration from each new kitchen. My goal is to show that cooking is not only an art, but also accessible happiness for everyone. Together we can create simple but delicious dishes, filling the home with joy and comfort.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
