I had to make this soft sour cream cookie recipe three times to figure out whether I liked it or not. At first I didn’t have any attachments, and the result after the first baking was not very beautiful. The second time, I already purchased attachments, but added a little less flour to the dough than indicated, and also used a “French star” type attachment - as a result, during the baking process, almost all the beauty of the shape spread and smoothed out after the attachment. The third time I added flour again according to the recipe, and took the already indicated “Closed Star” attachment, but either different manufacturers call them differently, or something else, but mine is not wide. Therefore, it was very difficult to form cookies with the existing dough consistency. And even in this case, almost all the ribs flattened and spread out during baking. But if you read up to this point, then know that the taste was equally wonderful all three times! The cookies are really soft, very tasty, not very sweet. When paired with tea, it melts in your mouth. This is why I came to the following conclusions: even if you add less flour, not to the point of a thick dough, which can be difficult to deposit, this will not make the finished cookies worse. It will still be tender and soft. And the second conclusion: you can make the mold round, even just spoon it out, after baking, then the cookies rise like gingerbread)). I will bake again!
