STEP 1

In a bowl, mix sour cream and baking powder. Leave for 2-3 minutes. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content. I use 15%. Add egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix with a whisk until smooth.

Pour melted butter into the sour cream mixture. Stir.

Add the sifted flour little by little, stirring the dough with a spoon.
