STEP 2
To prepare the dough, take a fine sieve and a large bowl, then sift three hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour into it, then pour a fifth of a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar and one teaspoon of baking powder into the bowl.

Mix all the dry ingredients well in a bowl and set it aside.
STEP 4
Take a deep bowl and crack one chicken egg into it, then pour one hundred grams of sugar into it and mix the ingredients together.

Place one hundred grams of softened butter in a common bowl and mix all the ingredients well.

Place about one tablespoon of the prepared curd filling closer to the edge of each dough piece and fold the piece, then lightly press it down and form the juices, which in turn place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Using a pastry brush, brush the juices with egg yolk beaten with two tablespoons of milk, then place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees, then reduce the temperature to one hundred and ninety and bake the juices for twenty-five to thirty minutes until fully cooked.
