Snack tangerine salad

STEP 1
Ingredients. Boil and peel carrots and eggs in advance.
STEP 2
Grate the melted cheese and eggs on a fine grater.
STEP 3
Add chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Mix.
STEP 4
Grate the carrots on a fine grater. If necessary, lightly squeeze the juice out of the carrots.
STEP 5
Roll the cheese mixture into balls the size of a walnut.
STEP 6
Cover the ball with carrots.
STEP 7
Top with a sprig of parsley. If you wish, you can decorate with a bay leaf, it will turn out more believable, but personally, I don’t like to decorate a dish with something that cannot be eaten.

Back in the summer, I liked this salad in the shape of tangerines. I saw a slightly different recipe on the website, with chicken breast, and immediately saved it in KK for the future. And on New Year’s I noticed the same salad in photo reports, but with a simpler composition. I liked this option better. I made it for Christmas))) I increased the ingredients by half. I got 7 large tangerines. Instead of leaves I took frozen peas) To form the tangerine I used film. She thinly laid out a layer of carrots and placed a ball of lettuce inside. Then I used film to form tangerines. The tangerines turned out just wonderful!!! Very fast and very original. Delicate tasty salad in a carrot coat))) Next time I’ll add salt and a little pepper to the salad. But that's my taste. Thank you very much to the author for this interesting recipe!!! I'm preparing for the new year and slowly trying different holiday dishes. It was my son’s birthday, so this gave me a reason to practice making snacks) I’ve been wanting to make these “tangerines” for a long time. This appetizer looks very elegant, bright, and festive. The products are all simple, which, of course, is captivating) For those who will cook, I advise you to take more carrots, you get a lot of filling, but I didn’t have enough coat) I got seven large tangerines. I grated the boiled carrots on a medium grater and squeezed out the juice, which turned out to be quite a lot. Just rolling the balls in carrots didn't work. I got used to putting a layer of carrots on my palm, topping it with a ball of filling and covering it with another layer of carrots. Then I rolled up a full tangerine. Instead of parsley, I inserted clove buds. Chilled the appetizer in the refrigerator before serving. At first my husband didn’t understand that these were not real tangerines) But all the products taste well together. The carrots are sweet, the garlic is spicy, and the cheese and egg are neutral. The guests liked the appetizer, and so did I. Now I will cook more of these tangerines) I recommend them!

Oh))) I have a feeling that it’s better not to go into recipes, otherwise there won’t be enough food for the New Year’s table!!! All the dishes are so interesting. I especially like the design!!!
