Simple soup with dumplings
Simple and quick to prepare, but very tasty! Soup with dumplings, one of my favorite soups. Not to mention that it turns out very tasty, it cooks very quickly. When there is a shortage of time, when you come home tired from work, dumplings help out.
Of course, the soup is the MOST DELICIOUS with chicken broth, but you can make it vegetable, with mushrooms, but I don’t recommend using fish broth, of course this is purely for my taste.
The dough is made very quickly, mix the ingredients and it is ready. There is no need to shape the dumplings into the soup; you just pinch them off with your hands or a spoon dipped in cold water.
To prepare the soup quickly, the main thing is to have broth on hand, fry the vegetables (onions, carrots, peppers), add spices and season with dumplings. The soup is ready.

STEP 1

Make a hole in the flour and break the eggs into it.
STEP 3

Add milk and knead the dough.
STEP 4

The dough should be soft so that you can take a piece with a spoon or pinch it off.
STEP 5

I throw dumplings into the boiling broth using a spoon. I soak it in cold water, take a small piece of dough and throw it into the soup. You can pinch off with your hands, but then you will have to wet your fingers in water, otherwise the dough will stick to your hands.
STEP 6

The finished dumplings float to the surface. It is better to cook the soup over low heat for 5-10 minutes, then the dumplings will be aromatic, soft and tender.
STEP 7

Pour, sprinkle with parsley, cilantro or dill. It’s especially nice to warm yourself up with this soup in the chilly autumn.
