Pre-boil the tongue and cool it. Remove the skin. Cut the tongue into strips.

Cut the cucumbers into the same cubes. If you have gherkins, it is better to take more - 3-4 pieces.

Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
STEP 6

In a salad bowl, combine tongue, honey mushrooms, cheese, cucumbers, eggs and crackers. Crackers are suitable both purchased and homemade from rye bread.

Season the salad with mayonnaise. You can also make your own mayonnaise.
