STEP 1
How to make a simple tongue salad? Prepare your food. You will need boiled tongue and eggs. Mushrooms are preferable to mushrooms, small in size, which can be put whole in the salad - they have a brighter taste and look beautiful in the salad. Place them in a colander and let the marinade drain.
STEP 2
Pre-boil the tongue and cool it. Remove the skin. Cut the tongue into strips.
STEP 3
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Hard or semi-hard cheese is suitable, the main thing is that it is tasty and without milk fat substitutes.
STEP 4
Cut the cucumbers into the same cubes. If you have gherkins, it is better to take more - 3-4 pieces.
STEP 5
Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
STEP 6
In a salad bowl, combine tongue, honey mushrooms, cheese, cucumbers, eggs and crackers. Crackers are suitable both purchased and homemade from rye bread.
STEP 7
Season the salad with mayonnaise. You can also make your own mayonnaise.
STEP 8
Mix everything well and serve immediately, otherwise the crackers may become soggy and stop crunching. Bon appetit!
