Pleasant sweet and sour taste. Quite rich. I found the tomato paste to overpower the flavor of the meat, but tomato lovers should enjoy it. The kebab turned out soft and juicy. It took about half an hour to prepare for marinating and half an hour to cook.

Shish kebab is such a common dish, it is made from any type of meat, although traditionally it is believed to be lamb. At home we choose barbecue for any gathering with both family and friends. We also make shish kebab with tomato sauce, because it gives the meat softness and taste. But it doesn’t overpower the taste of the meat. Be sure to add bay leaf, ground onion and pepper, salt, or barbecue seasoning. Nothing more is needed. The shish kebab is simply delicious! Of course, we love pork kebab; we ate lamb as a child. I never thought about the calorie content of kebab and was very surprised when on your site I found recipes that contain calories, fats, and carbohydrates. I really liked that you can search for recipes using any parameters. And the fact that you can share not only recipes, but also photographs, is generally cool. I will certainly use the site.

IrinaVic, TaciturnPerson, an interesting marinade for kebabs, I made it only with lemon, and simply threaded the tomatoes onto skewers. I’ll try this version of lemon tomato pickling, I think it will be very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!

Today is a holiday, Russia Day. In the morning I wanted barbecue, and at a family meeting we decided not to spend money on cafes, but instead spent it on going to the park. We bought a neck and wanted to try it in tomato sauce. But I took a little bit of marinade from everyone. It took half a day to marinate. It's crackling in the oven, we're waiting.
