Shish kebab in the microwave

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We cut the meat into pieces that are convenient for us, and place it in a bowl of any size.
STEP 2
Mix various seasonings into the meat, namely: salt, pepper, cumin seeds, soy sauce. You can diversify this with a little vegetable oil.
STEP 3
Add wine. The marinade ingredients may have different proportions if the cook does not like those specified in the recipe. Be that as it may, marinating will require a standard two hours of time.
STEP 4
We string the marinated shish kebab pieces onto wooden skewers, on average half a dozen pieces each. Less or more depends on their size. Place the barbecue pieces on a wide plate, without bends. The meat on the skewers should not touch each other, be sure to leave gaps.
STEP 5
Now we come to the most important thing. We put the plate with the kebab in the microwave, set it to the maximum available temperature and wait up to five minutes, then turn it over and wait five minutes again. Keep an eye on the condition of the pork, you may need much less time (or do you like your meat not very well done?).
