Ingredients

500g
1cup
2tablespoon

Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 2 hr 20 mins
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

We cut the meat into pieces that are convenient for us, and place it in a bowl of any size.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Mix various seasonings into the meat, namely: salt, pepper, cumin seeds, soy sauce. You can diversify this with a little vegetable oil.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add wine. The marinade ingredients may have different proportions if the cook does not like those specified in the recipe. Be that as it may, marinating will require a standard two hours of time.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

We string the marinated shish kebab pieces onto wooden skewers, on average half a dozen pieces each. Less or more depends on their size. Place the barbecue pieces on a wide plate, without bends. The meat on the skewers should not touch each other, be sure to leave gaps.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Now we come to the most important thing. We put the plate with the kebab in the microwave, set it to the maximum available temperature and wait up to five minutes, then turn it over and wait five minutes again. Keep an eye on the condition of the pork, you may need much less time (or do you like your meat not very well done?).

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    The kebab is ready

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    Bon appetit!

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    Delicious!

Excellent recipe, shish kebab is cooked in the microwave instantly, I didn’t even expect it. The pieces are small, “hung” individually - so they baked quickly. Of course, this is not a barbecue in nature, but a decent home-made version, it will do just fine.

And it’s true, girls, but it’s very convenient, especially when you want barbecue, but the weather is bad, then this is a way out of the situation, and you don’t need special barbecue ovens... Parra, thanks for the recipe - it’s simple and delicious!

Great recipe! How come I didn’t think about this before? I’ll be making a romantic evening with my husband and I’ll definitely cook it! I got an idea while reading this recipe. I think that in order for the kebab to turn out just like in nature, with the taste of smoke, I’ll try adding liquid smoke to the marinade. Previously, I tried cooking shish kebab in the oven with added smoke, it turned out delicious. And in the microwave it should also work quickly, judging by the recipe. There is only one question: is it better to use red or white wine? Thanks for the idea! I’ll post as soon as I cook it!)
