Sea bass baked in foil in the oven with lemon

Delicious and aromatic baked fish. Simply and easily. Sea bass baked in the oven is an easy to prepare dish. Despite the simplicity of the recipe, the fish turns out very tender and tasty. Perch is very meaty and has few bones. Using foil allows you to preserve the taste and aroma of spices and herbs in the fish. It is complemented by the pleasant sourness of lemon, which goes well with fish. Serve the fish hot with a side dish of potatoes, cereals or vegetables.

I wanted to cook sea bass and found a simple recipe for baking it in foil in the oven. I had 4 fish. I decided to wrap each one in foil, conveniently for serving, and did it not with lemon, which I don’t really like, but with onions. I salted it on both sides, added seasoning, and put onion on top. It turned out very tasty. The fish turned out tender, it just melted in your mouth, the onion and fish gave juice, the result was a sauce with which the fish tasted even better. Thanks for the idea of cooking in foil.

I bought red sea bass and found a great recipe on my favorite website. My perch was cleaned and dressed, I just cut off the tail and fins, and removed the black film inside the fish. I chopped fresh parsley and cut the lemon into slices. I salted and peppered the perch and did not use any other spices so as not to overwhelm the taste of the fish. I put a lemon in the cuts and sprinkled the fish with herbs. Wrapped in two layers of foil and baked in the oven for 25 minutes. Everything is very simple and fast. The oven did its job. Sea bass baked in foil in the oven with lemon is incredibly tasty, juicy and aromatic. Perch meat is incredibly tasty, dense, downright fleshy, white, juicy and there are practically no bones except the backbone and fins. This fish was simply perfect and the lemon and parsley just complemented the flavor of the perch. Great recipe! Simple, healthy, tasty and satisfying. I served the perch with mashed potatoes, a perfect combination. Wonderful recipe! Many thanks to the author 😊
