Scrambled eggs in the oven - I became very interested in what would happen. I decided to make fried eggs using three eggs. Without thinking twice, I greased the mold with sunflower oil, beat in 3 eggs, salted it with sea salt and put it in the oven at 190 degrees. Exactly 10 minutes later I took it out and voila! Perfect scrambled eggs are ready! Simply fantastic, evenly cooked eggs without any effort, the whites were fully set and the yolk was still runny. I served it directly in the mold, seasoned with pepper and sprinkled with green onions. A very simple and quick dish to prepare. I absolutely loved the recipe! It's very tasty and hassle-free! I always cooked scrambled eggs in a frying pan, simply frying them, but for some reason I never thought of cooking this dish in the oven, but it turned out that I was in vain. Fried eggs in the oven turn out just perfect. This is a delicious and nutritious breakfast that is prepared in minutes. This scrambled egg is ideally served with a cup of coffee, coffee drink or tea, as well as a piece of bun with butter. Serving scrambled eggs in a cast iron skillet makes them even tastier.

On the 1000 menu website, I first saw a recipe that says you can make scrambled eggs in the oven. I decided to check it out. The food layout has not changed much. Instead of sea salt, I took regular salt and did not add ground black pepper. I took 2 eggs instead of one. The temperature was set to 175 degrees. The result is not ordinary, but very pleasing. The eggs turned out elastic, like pancakes made from dry pancake mix. I give it a rating of 5 because the recipe really surprised me.
