STEP 1

How to make scrambled eggs in the oven? Prepare all the necessary products. I'll make one serving using one egg. I advise you to take coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, they will be much tastier. Turn on the oven to 190 degrees in advance.
STEP 2

Take suitable utensils for scrambled eggs. I made it in a small cast iron skillet. If there are a lot of eggs, use a large frying pan. Any baking dish will do; if they are small, it will be convenient to make portioned scrambled eggs. You can even use a baking sheet and make a lot of eggs at once. Grease the pan you will cook in well with butter. You can also use vegetable, but it tastes much better with cream.
STEP 3

Break the egg and pour it into the pan.
STEP 4

Place the scrambled eggs in an oven preheated to 190°C. Bake the scrambled eggs for about 7-10 minutes, it depends on the number of eggs, the dishes in which you will cook and your oven. Be guided by the appearance of the scrambled eggs - the white should be completely set, and the yolk should remain yellow. There is no need to keep it in the oven for a long time - the yolk will be completely cooked and the fried egg will be tasteless.
STEP 5

Remove the scrambled eggs from the oven. Immediately salt and pepper it. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
