  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry eggs and bacon? Prepare the necessary ingredients. For classic fried eggs with bacon, you only need a little: large chicken eggs and smoked bacon and spices - salt, pepper. Eggs should be washed thoroughly, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. Instead, use food grade detergents and a brush.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the bacon into thin slices. The thinner the better. Ideally, it is better to use ready-made cuts purchased at the store. The bacon can be cut very finely, or larger, as you like.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Heat a frying pan, preferably with a non-stick coating. Add bacon slices and fry for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Make sure that no moisture gets into the pan, otherwise the oil will sizzle. If the bacon fat begins to crackle and splatter, reduce the heat.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Use a spatula to push the bacon pieces to the sides. Gently crack the eggs into the center of the pan, being careful to keep the yolks intact. How can you tell if an egg is fresh? Break it into a separate container. There should be no unpleasant odor. The white of fresh eggs will be transparent and clean. The yolk should not spread and will be shiny and convex. Salt and pepper the scrambled eggs to taste. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. The yolk should remain semi-liquid.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Transfer the cooked bacon and eggs to plates. Garnish the top with fresh curly parsley leaves or dill sprigs. Serve warm with pickled or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!

I love this breakfast and make scrambled eggs and bacon often. Another option you can try is scrambled eggs in sausage. I like it!

This recipe made a great breakfast. I quickly fried the bacon in a dry frying pan, when the fat began to render out, I broke the eggs into the frying pan. My husband doesn't like the yolk undercooked, so I always break the yolk. The scrambled eggs were fried over medium heat for just a couple of minutes. Served with tomatoes and black bread. This is a very quick, filling and tasty breakfast.

I liked the recipe for “scrambled eggs and bacon in a frying pan”; I also wanted to cook a hearty dish for breakfast. Only instead of bacon I used fresh brisket. I cut the meat with a layer of lard into small pieces and fried it on both sides. Beat in the eggs, add salt and pepper. Cooked, covered, until the whites were done, but the yolks remained runny. Immediately transferred the scrambled eggs to a plate and sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley. Before serving, sprinkle with a little more freshly ground black pepper. The aroma is amazing! Cooking is very quick and easy! The breakfast turned out to be hearty, tasty and beautiful. My brisket turned out juicy, and the addition of eggs was simply delicious. It really is a boost of energy for the whole day! Great recipe! Thanks to the author 😊
