I still have yellow tomatoes to trim. I made a sauce from them with tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic for the winter. I used red pepper for contrast, but decided not to add hot pepper. I put everything through a meat grinder along with garlic and onions. I cooked the vegetable mass in a large cauldron, and it turned out to be very convenient. After boiling, I added more salt and sugar, depending on my taste. But vinegar was enough for me. I also liked the spices, but I used less coriander. My sauce turned out an appetizing orange color. It’s delicious, you just want to eat it with bread! Or you can add it to soup or stew in winter. Thanks for the recipe!
