STEP 1
How to make sauce with bell tomatoes, hot peppers and garlic for the winter using a meat grinder? Prepare all the necessary products according to the list. Take any type of bell pepper. Choose spices to your taste.
STEP 2
Wash the tomatoes and cut into large slices. You can use large non-standard vegetables for this sauce.
STEP 3
Wash bell peppers and hot capsicums. Remove the stem and seeds. Wash the inside of the peppers again and cut into large strips.
STEP 4
Peel the onions and garlic. Wash and cut into large pieces.
STEP 5
Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder. I got a liter of tomato juice. The exact amount depends on the juiciness of the tomatoes. You can use a chopper or blender.
STEP 6
Also mince bell peppers, hot capsicums, onions and garlic.
STEP 7
Place everything into a saucepan. A separate article at the link at the end of the recipe will help you choose a pan. Add vegetable oil, salt and granulated sugar. Stir the sauce, place on the stove and let the mixture boil.
STEP 8
Boil the sauce for one hour over low heat, stirring occasionally. At the end of the recipe, add vinegar, stir and turn off the heat. Sterilize jars and lids in advance, and prepare your work surface. STEP 9
Add ground paprika, ground coriander and freshly ground black pepper to the sauce in the pan. Taste the sauce to your taste and add salt or sugar if necessary.
STEP 10
Pour the hot sauce into clean and sterile small jars. From this quantity of products, approximately a liter of sauce is obtained.
STEP 11
Seal the sauce jars with sterile lids. Cover the sauce with a blanket, turning the jars over, and let stand until completely cool.
STEP 12
Store homemade sauce in a cool, dark place. Tomato sauce goes well with pasta, cereals, barbecue, and steaks. Cook with pleasure!
