Instead of a regular loaf, you can use a wheat baguette or rye bread. It is better to buy sliced bread. This way you will save yourself time. In addition, equally cut even slices look more beautiful on the table. You can supplement or replace tomatoes with other vegetables.
STEP 2

Remove the sprats from the jar and shake off the oil. If you want to make the dish even cheaper, you can use store-bought sprat pate instead of whole sprats.
STEP 3

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices or slices. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
