STEP 1
How to bake salmon steak in foil in the oven? To prepare salmon steaks in foil in the oven, take fresh red fish steaks, olive oil, lemon (you will need juice and a slice in each envelope), salt, a mixture of peppers and herbs, in this case a mixture of Italian herbs.
STEP 2
It is better to take salmon steaks for processing that are not completely defrosted (if you are using frozen fish) to make it easier to work with. Clean the steaks from scales, if you don’t have them peeled like I did, rinse them well and be sure to dry them with a paper towel.
STEP 3
You can marinate directly on foil or separately, as you prefer. Place each steak on a sheet of foil and drizzle lemon juice on all sides.
STEP 4
Salt, pepper, add a mixture of herbs and rub the mixture well into the meat, trying to work gently, do not put pressure on the fish.
STEP 5
Pour olive or other vegetable oil over the steaks and add a slice of lemon.
STEP 6
Wrap each steak in foil with an envelope and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. After the specified time, remove the steaks from the oven and serve immediately directly in foil, placing portions on plates, you can unroll the envelopes, you can leave them closed if you need to keep warm.
