    Cut the champignons into thin slices. Place them in a hot frying pan and fry for 5-10 minutes without oil. The mushrooms will first release juice, but in 10 minutes it will all evaporate. Salt the mushrooms, add vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion and add to the mushrooms and lightly fry. Then transfer to a plate and cool slightly.

    Cut the chicken into small cubes. Boil the eggs hard. Grate eggs and melted cheese on a coarse grater. Mix with mayonnaise.
