Salad with smoked chicken and fresh cucumber

STEP 1

How to make a salad with smoked chicken and cucumber? You can choose any smoked chicken meat, but I prefer the leg. In my opinion, smoked breast will be a little dry in a salad. Pre-boil the eggs until tender for about 10 minutes and cool in cold water. It’s better to choose hard cheese; be guided by your taste: if the cheese tastes good to you, then the salad will be delicious.
STEP 2

The salad can be prepared in a deep salad bowl and served in it, or you can serve it in portions using a serving ring. Remove the skin from the smoked chicken and trim the meat from the bones. Cut the pulp into small cubes and place in a deep bowl or salad bowl.
STEP 3

Peel pre-boiled and cooled eggs and cut into small cubes. Add the eggs to the salad bowl with the chopped chicken.
STEP 4

Wash fresh cucumbers under running cold water and cut off the ends. If necessary, trim off the skin (if it is too rough or damaged). Cut the cucumbers into small cubes and add to the salad.
STEP 5

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add the grated cheese to the salad bowl with the previously prepared ingredients.
STEP 6

Wash and dry fresh dill. Chop the dill and add to the salad. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. Taste the salad and, if necessary, add salt and ground black pepper. You can make your own mayonnaise. Below the steps you will find a link to a catalog of homemade mayonnaise recipes.
STEP 7

The prepared salad can be served immediately after preparation or chilled in the refrigerator until serving. This salad can serve as an independent dish or in company with other dishes, for example, boiled potatoes.
