Salad with smoked chicken and corn

STEP 1
How to make Smoked Chicken and Corn Salad? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I use 9% vinegar for pickling onions. Open the can of canned corn and drain the liquid.
STEP 2
First of all, start pickling the onions. How to pickle onions? Peel it and rinse it in cold water. Then finely chop the peeled onion and pour vinegar over it. Leave to stand for 7-10 minutes. Then drain the vinegar and rinse the onion itself in cold water. This process will remove the pungent aroma of the onion itself and its bitterness.
STEP 3
Boil the eggs for the salad. To do this, fill them with cold water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Boil them in boiling water for 8-9 minutes. Then drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs. With a sudden change in temperature, the eggs cool quickly and are easier to peel.
STEP 4
Remove the skin from the smoked chicken leg. Then separate the meat from the bones. Chop the meat itself a little and transfer it to the prepared bowl for preparing the salad.
STEP 5
Wash the cucumber, cut off the stems and thinly slice into strips. Don't forget to taste the cucumber before slicing to ensure it doesn't taste bitter. Otherwise, you will ruin the whole taste of the salad. Add chopped cucumber and canned corn to the bowl with the chicken.
STEP 6
Peel the cooled chicken eggs and cut them into pieces. Cutting eggs is easier and faster using an egg slicer. Add chopped eggs and pickled onions to the salad. Season the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise and mix everything well.
STEP 7
Before serving, let the salad cool slightly in the refrigerator.
