My friend called the spicy salad an excellent substitute for Olivier) I also like this combination of products, seasoned with vegetable oil. For me, this is a full-fledged second course) For this salad I took new potatoes, they don’t boil too much. The onion is ordinary white, but after soaking in vinegar (replaced with apple vinegar), it became tasty, with a pleasant sourness and at the same time crispy. I replaced the pickled cucumbers with gherkins and cut them into slices. And I replaced the sausage with pork ham. I’ve never dressed a salad like this with soy sauce, it turns out to be so delicious! I even added one more spoon) The salad is truly “savory”, there are many different flavors here, especially cucumbers with potatoes and onions go well together. Great salad, I will make it many more times!
