Margot, pomegranate seeds can be easily chewed and swallowed, they are absolutely harmless. Some even think they are useful.

Fiesta, in fact, the salad turns out to be of quite tolerable height, I wouldn’t even call it tall. Still, it’s laid out on a platter, not on a plate.

“LITTLE RED HID” SALAD WITH BEETS AND POTATOES AND CARROTS turned out just wonderful, I would say that pomegranate would be a special highlight, and sausage goes very well with beets, as it turned out. I recommend everyone to try this deliciousness. By the way, I made it an upside-down salad, collected everything in a salad bowl, respectively, made the layers in reverse, then coated everything with mayonnaise and sour cream and sprinkled with pomegranate.
