I am a lover of mushrooms in any form, so this salad is a godsend for me. All the ingredients are available and I decided to cook it. I’ve been pickling oyster mushrooms since spring, so I’ll use these mushrooms. I decided not to add green peas. It has its own specific taste and it overpowers the taste of mushrooms grown in captivity. But eggs make the salad more tender and softer. I also added white meat of boiled chicken. The salad is ready and served.

The salad recipe does not contain potatoes or carrots, which we are very accustomed to, but it contains a lot of mushrooms and sour cream instead of mayonnaise, which I really liked, it is really light and good to prepare when you need to go on a diet, I agree with the author, There’s plenty of protein in it!
