Fry the mushrooms with onions for 5-7 minutes. During this time, all the liquid should evaporate and the mushrooms will begin to fry. Turn off the heat and set the mushrooms aside to cool.

Good salad. I cook it often. However, I sometimes experiment and instead of champignons, I add wild mushrooms. But I boil them first. And it doesn’t take much time to prepare this salad, which is also captivating)
