STEP 1
How to make a salad with chicken and crab sticks? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Remove the crab sticks from the freezer in advance and leave them at room temperature to defrost.
STEP 2
Eggs and chicken must be boiled in advance. To do this, pour cold water over the eggs, put on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Boil the chicken fillet in boiling water for about 30 minutes. Then cool. Cut the cooled chicken meat into small cubes. Peel the eggs. Place the chopped chicken meat on the first layer of salad and brush with a little mayonnaise.
STEP 3
Separately, cut the crab sticks into small cubes.
STEP 4
Place a layer of chopped crab sticks on the chicken. And again a layer of mayonnaise. Coat all layers of salad with mayonnaise.
STEP 5
Drain the liquid from the canned corn and place it in a third layer in a ring.
STEP 6
Next comes the bell pepper, which needs to be finely chopped.
STEP 7
Boiled eggs can be finely chopped or grated. Place a layer of eggs and press it down a little. Brush the top with mayonnaise and remove the serving ring from the salad.
STEP 8
Tomatoes can be laid out in a full layer or just as a decoration for the top of the salad. Cool the finished salad slightly before serving. Bon appetit!
