How to make a salad with beans and smoked sausage? Prepare your food. Choose sausage with a small amount of fat, such as servelat. You can boil the beans yourself, but it will be much more convenient and faster to use canned beans. The main thing is that it is not in tomato sauce. Take rye crackers, choose additives to your taste.
STEP 2

Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
STEP 3

Place the canned beans in a sieve to drain excess liquid. Then rinse it under running water and dry it. I took both white and red beans.
STEP 4

Peel the smoked sausage from the film and cut into cubes.
STEP 5

You can take ready-made crackers or make your own. To do this, cut the rye bread into small cubes and dry it in the oven. Sprinkle them with your favorite spices and salt to taste.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. You can use one type of lettuce, such as Iceberg, or a ready-made mixture. I have a mix of romaine, radiccio and frisée lettuce. They are great for this salad.
STEP 7

Place smoked sausage, pickled cucumbers, canned beans and some lettuce leaves in a salad bowl.
STEP 8

Season the salad with mayonnaise.

And mix well.
STEP 10

Place the remaining lettuce leaves on a plate. Place some crackers on top.
STEP 11

Place the salad on the croutons. Sprinkle with remaining croutons. Serve the salad immediately so that the croutons do not get soggy. Bon appetit!
