Salad with balsamic vinegar

An abundance of vegetables and herbs is what you need in early spring. It is better to add feta to this salad after mixing the remaining ingredients, because it is very fragile and can fall apart into small pieces. Also, feta can be replaced with any other cheese, both hard and brine - mozzarella, cheese, Adyghe, etc. You can also use balsamic reduction instead of balsamic vinegar.

This salad can be seasoned with a slightly different sauce - olive oil, lemon juice and chopped garlic.

An incredibly tasty and beautiful snack for every day and more! I made a salad with balsamic vinegar and fresh vegetables as an addition to the kebab and wrapped it in pita bread envelopes. It turned out just great! Balsamic, feta and cherry tomatoes are delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
