Rinse the pickled cucumber and cut into small cubes. You can cut a couple of circles from it for decoration.

Cut the cleaned squid into rings.
STEP 4

Boil it in slightly salted water for three minutes.
STEP 5

Wash the green onions and chop them finely.
STEP 6

Once the squids have cooled, cut them into cubes.
STEP 7

Mix all the crushed products and add peas.
STEP 8

Add mayonnaise and stir the salad. You don't need to salt it anymore.
STEP 9

To add variety to the New Year's table, I made a squid and pickled cucumber salad. There are not many ingredients, but it turned out very tasty. I boiled squid not in rings, but in carcasses. Cooked for 1.5 minutes each. During this time, they managed to reach readiness, but remained soft and tender. I have my own cucumbers, salty but not sour. The peas I took were delicious and tender. I definitely pay attention to the composition; if the peas were dried, they will be tough and not tasty. Well, my daughter and I grew the onion on the windowsill). Seasoned with olive mayonnaise, did not add salt or spices. The spicy cucumbers and spicy onions were enough. A salad with quite a bright taste. It seems to me that it is suitable both as an appetizer and as an independent dish.
