    In separate bowls, grate one medium boiled potato. Also, on a coarse grater, chop 1 boiled carrot, 50 grams of hard cheese, and 2 boiled eggs.

    Remove the bones from one jar of mackerel and mash well with a fork.

    Finely chop some dill, each to your own taste.

    Place a mold with a diameter of 12x12 centimeters on a plate and lay out a layer of potatoes. Grease the top with mayonnaise and coat the salad.

    We lay out the carrots. We don’t lay out all the carrots, we leave a little for the next layer. We coat with mayonnaise.

    Lay out the next layer of pre-prepared mackerel, coat well with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped dill.

    Place grated cheese on top, I use Russian cheese and also coat with mayonnaise.

    We use 2 grated eggs as the last layer. Place on the salad and distribute evenly throughout the entire form. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that the salad soaks a little.
