Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 3 hr
STEP 1
Fry the champignons with onions in oil until fully cooked.
STEP 2
Boil chicken fillet in salted water. Cut the fillet into cubes and place on a dish in the shape of a rooster's body. Spread mayonnaise on top.
STEP 3
Place champignons and onions around the perimeter of the fillet, sprinkle with grated eggs, and cover everything well with mayonnaise.
STEP 4
Sprinkle the salad generously with grated cheese.
STEP 5
Cut bell peppers and decorate the Rooster salad with parts of the bird's body - beak, comb, beard, wing, legs, tail. Place peppercorns in place of the eye. Before serving, let the salad soak for some time. Bon appetit and happy holiday table!
