  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's start preparing the dough. Beat eggs into a deep bowl. I usually first beat the eggs one at a time into a small container, making sure that the eggs are not spoiled and that shell particles do not get in, as often happens. And only then I add them to the common pot, as they say. I’ve already had this happen a couple of times where I immediately beat eggs into half-finished dough and among them I came across spoiled ones, I had to throw out the dough and prepare everything again. Now I'm careful.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour vanilla sugar into the eggs (you can use vanillin or vanilla essence, see the instructions on the package for how to add them correctly). Melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave and place in a bowl with the eggs and sugar. Add condensed milk here. Whisk everything thoroughly using a regular whisk, mixer or immersion blender with a whisk attachment. You should get a homogeneous liquid mass.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour the sifted flour, previously mixed with baking powder, into the resulting mixture. You can simply sift the flour, sprinkle baking powder on top and mix lightly so that the dry mass does not touch the wet mass.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mix everything and knead the dough.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour the dough into the mold. I have a silicone one with a hole in the middle - this way the cake will bake better inside. I also advise you to take something similar, or maybe aluminum, but have a hole.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

We send the workpiece to the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees. Approximate baking time is 30 minutes. We determine the readiness of the cupcake using a toothpick, piercing the baked goods with it in several places - if there is no raw dough left on it, then you can turn off the oven and remove our cupcake.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

We cut it and serve it to the table.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    Bon appetit!
