At this time, mix the vinegar with salt and sugar, heat a little, stirring until the sugar and salt dissolve. Pour vinegar into rice and stir.

Spread a sheet of nori on a mat, wetting your hands in the vinegar solution; to do this, stir a teaspoon of vinegar in a bowl of water. Spread the rice evenly over the surface. Leave a 1.5 cm space at the edge of the seaweed.
