I love rolls! I think that not only cucumber can be wrapped in lean ones... But also avocado and tomato. It will also be very tasty. The main thing is to cook the rice for the rolls correctly. By the way, I buy regular round grain... IT differs little from special sushi rice, but it costs an order of magnitude cheaper! It’s also a pity that not all stores carry rice vinegar. BUT I buy the regular apple one, it doesn't taste much different!
