    If you are using leftovers from previously cooked milk rice porridge, you can skip this step. To cook rice porridge, take round rice, rinse it thoroughly with water until it becomes transparent, removing debris.

    Add salt and sugar to taste to the pan with rice, fill it with milk and water and place on low heat. You can cook porridge only in water, but the casserole will be tastier using milk porridge. Stir the porridge periodically to prevent the rice from sticking and burning to the bottom of the pan. When the rice has swelled well and there is little liquid, turn off the heat. Add butter to the porridge, mix well, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 20 minutes.

    During this time, the porridge will steam and cool slightly; it should not turn out dry, but viscous and a little liquid. Beat chicken eggs into a bowl of warm rice porridge (the porridge should be warm, not hot, so that the eggs do not curdle). Mix well. You can add cinnamon if you like its taste.

    Grease a baking dish with butter. Sprinkle the bottom with semolina so that the casserole comes out easily. The finished casserole should be covered with an appetizing golden brown crust.

Rice porridge casserole is a great breakfast dish. It’s not difficult to make, but it turns out very tasty and satisfying. I used long-grain rice, C1 category eggs. I took a rectangular baking dish 26x17 cm. I cooked the casserole for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. The casserole turned out to be very tasty and slightly sweet, which I really liked.
