It was interesting to try a new recipe for cooking rice in sour cream sauce in a frying pan. I cut the onion into small cubes and fried it in a frying pan. I washed the rice, added it to the onion, and mixed it. Added salt, turmeric, lemon juice, poured water and simmered until done. Then I added sour cream, stirred and left for just a few minutes.
