I had half a rabbit carcass frozen. I decided to cook it according to the rabbit recipe in foil in the oven. I didn’t have soy sauce, instead I added a tablespoon of 9% vinegar. For dry spices I used a mixture of Italian herbs. The rabbit was marinated for about three hours. I baked the rabbit for 1.5 hours. The rabbit turned out fragrant, rosy, it was well baked. My husband especially liked it. He said it turned out very tasty. Thank you very much for the recipe!
