I wanted to bake something delicious for tea. I was very interested in the recipe for quick dough for yeast buns. The dough turns out to be very soft, elastic, easy and pleasant to work with, it does not stick to your hands. I needed 500 grams of flour. From this dough I made the same cinnamon rolls as in the recipe. I baked them for 20 minutes at 190 degrees. The buns turned out very tasty and aromatic. They are soft and airy.
