Depending on the variety and sweetness of pumpkin and apples, you can adjust the sugar to taste. You can replace some of the sugar with vanilla sugar.

    Wash the raisins and dry. If the raisins are very dry or wrinkled, pour boiling water over them and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the raisins. My raisins are large and juicy, so I didn’t steam them additionally. You can use any raisins - light or dark, whichever you like best.

    Wash the pumpkin, dry it and remove the peel and seeds. Cut into medium pieces.

    Place the pumpkin in a baking dish. Sprinkle some sugar on top. Place the pumpkin in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes until soft. The exact baking time depends on the type of pumpkin and the size of the pieces. At the same time, the pumpkin should not boil in the puree, the pieces should retain their shape. To check if the pumpkin is done, pierce it with a fork. If it pierces easily, it means it’s ready.

    While the pumpkin is baking, prepare the apples: peel and seed them, cut into medium pieces. My apples are sweet and sour, juicy, Granny Smith variety. Sprinkle lemon juice over the fruit to prevent browning.

    Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top. If you wish, you can sprinkle the dish with ground cinnamon. Return the pan to the oven for about 15 minutes more. The apples, just like the pumpkin before, should be baked, but not lose their shape. Bon appetit!

First, I cut the pumpkin into very thin slices. Secondly, I add a large number of sweet and sour apples. I put it in the mold in layers. I bake everything at once. For dessert I cooked pumpkin with raisins in the oven. This dessert is not only delicious, but also healthy! I cut the pumpkin larger and the apples a little smaller. I also added dried apricots of my own. I think it goes well with all the ingredients in the recipe. Pour hot water over raisins and dried apricots for 5 minutes to get rid of the oil film. I greased the mold with butter. It happens that pumpkin gives a lot of juice and no oil is needed, but mine was a bit dry. I baked it for 35 minutes with two tablespoons of sugar. Then I added apples and dried apricots, poured honey and baked for another 10 minutes. At the very end I laid out the raisins for 5 minutes. It turned out just great! Sweet pumpkin, sour apples, dried apricots and raisins perfectly complement this aromatic dessert!

I baked the pumpkin in a silicone mold. The raisins were tanned more than I would like. The taste of pumpkin and apples was not affected

This is a great winter recipe. During cooking, at first it smells like baked pumpkin, and then an apple and raisins are added.... The aroma is magical! The dessert is good warm. Lemon juice gives a very interesting sourness. At the bottom of the pot in which the delicacy was baked, a delicious juice formed. Before serving, mix everything so that every piece is saturated with it. I didn’t have time to try it when it had cooled down, as the children quickly ate it all)))
