Pumpkin is very healthy and definitely needs to be cooked. For example, I just don’t really like pumpkin, but I really welcome it as an addition to various dishes. In combination with dried fruits, it will be a vitamin bomb, and also delicious.

Judging by the composition, pumpkin muffins are delicious, pumpkin, dried apricots, raisins, vanillin always go well together, they are made with kefir, which means they are soft. Here are the nuts, I would lightly dry them in the oven, otherwise they will seem damp when baked. The appearance of baked goods, especially when served with a cup of coffee, is appetizing. I'll take note, thanks for the recipe.

Amazing cupcakes! I made it yesterday and ate it all today!!! Delicious! For dried fruits, I added dried apricots and kumquat, which gave it an amazing taste! You can't smell the pumpkin at all. And I added pine nuts; when baked, they turn out very soft and tasty! Instead of kefir I took live yogurt. I'll put it up again tomorrow!!!

I started preparing the dough, a lot of questions arose - how much dried apricots, raisins, should I soak or not, how many nuts, where should the eggs go and the butter, should I use it in the dough for lubrication? I wish the recipes were described more precisely.

I still baked the cupcakes. Dried apricots, raisins, 0.5 cups each, soaked for 10 minutes and cut. Walnuts 0.5 cup chopped and fried. The dough made from 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of kefir turned out a little liquid, I added about 3 more tablespoons. The cupcakes turned out delicious and healthy. Took KK. If you don't like sweets, you can reduce the raisins or sugar. Thanks for the recipe

Thanks for the recipe! The cupcakes turned out excellent, although my husband doesn’t think of pumpkin as food at all, he ate it with pleasure! I added my own touch to the recipe, adding a couple of teaspoons of grated orange zest to the dough.
