Puff hearts with apples and curd cream

Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Dust the table with flour, place the dough on the table and roll it out into a thinner layer.

Cut out 8 hearts from the dough using a special mold.

Peel the apples and cut into quarters.

Cut each quarter into thin slices of 0.5 cm.

Place the hearts on a baking sheet, spread with curd cream, leaving 2 cm of edges free.

Place heart-shaped apple slices on top of the filling, also without covering the edges of the dough.

Place nuts or raisins, cherries, etc. in the middle. Brush the apples with liquid honey or any sweet syrup.
