I usually take the Extra variety. There is always a lot of meat in it.

    Remove the stew from the jar and divide into small pieces. You can completely remove the fat, especially if you have pork stew, so that the dish is not very fatty. Since I have beef stew, I still left some fat.

My stew is made from pork, so I removed as much fat as possible. I added more water to the potatoes, we like it when there is a lot of gravy. The pan, in my opinion, should be thicker-walled. And I do something like this for 1-3 people in a large cast iron skillet with a lid.
