Potatoes with frozen honey mushrooms in sour cream in the oven

STEP 1

How to make potatoes with honey mushrooms in the oven? Prepare the products according to the list. Wash the potatoes thoroughly in advance with a brush under running water. If you have frozen mushrooms, like I do, then defrost them slightly (put them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator for several hours).
STEP 2

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Boil the potatoes until half cooked, transfer them to a saucepan and pour boiling water over them. Or microwave if you want to reduce cooking time.
STEP 3

Dice the peeled onion.
STEP 4

Also cut the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces. I have frozen honey mushrooms and their plump legs.
STEP 5

In a preheated frying pan, fry the prepared onion in vegetable oil, add mushrooms. Continue frying until the liquid has completely evaporated. Add some salt.
STEP 6

Place the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
STEP 7

Salt it and pepper it.
STEP 8

Place mushrooms fried with onions on top.
STEP 9

Add sour cream.
STEP 10

Pour in a little water - 0.5 cup so that the potatoes are well cooked.
STEP 11

Bake the dish in an oven heated to 200 degrees, uncovered, for about 20 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 170 and continue baking until the potatoes are cooked and lightly browned.
STEP 12
