STEP 1

How to make potatoes with chicken and mushrooms in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For mushrooms I use canned champignons, but they can be replaced with any other mushrooms - you can take boiled forest or regular champignons. Sour cream can be of any fat content. Cheese, also take it to your taste, the main thing is that it melts well.
STEP 2

Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings or a little smaller. Spread the chopped onion in an even layer across the bottom of the pan.
STEP 3

Cut the chicken fillet into flat pieces. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chicken over high heat on all sides until it changes color. Add some salt. Frying prevents the meat from sticking together into one mass during baking.
STEP 4

Place the fried meat in the pan on the onion.
STEP 5

Sprinkle a little grated cheese to keep the layers cohesive.
STEP 6

Peel the potatoes, remove the skins and rinse them to remove dirt. Cut the potatoes into slices and place in an even layer over the chicken.
STEP 7

Brush the potatoes with sour cream and sprinkle with salt and spices.
STEP 8

Place the prepared mushrooms on the potatoes.
STEP 9

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for about 45-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 10

During baking, the cheese will melt and begin to brown a little. Remove the pan from the oven, place on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
