Today I urgently needed to prepare a side dish for lunch. I decided to try a new recipe for me - microwave potatoes in a bag. The recipe calls for cutting the potatoes into cubes, but I wanted thin slices. After cutting, I washed the potatoes and placed them in a baking bag. From the spices I took paprika and curry and added a little salt. I have refined sunflower oil. I also put a bay leaf in the sleeve for aroma. It is convenient to mix potato wedges with spices in the sleeve, everything is evenly distributed. Holes for steam to escape are a must; the bag will inflate too much and may burst. Cooked for 15 minutes at 750 W. I didn’t even expect that it would turn out so beautiful and delicious! An appetizing aroma appeared almost immediately after starting cooking in the microwave. Potato wedges hold their shape perfectly, while being soft and juicy! My daughter thought it was fried potatoes). Now I will use this recipe.
