I saw a recipe for potatoes in sour cream with cheese in the oven, so delicious, I immediately decided to cook it for dinner. The dish is not hackneyed and so simple. The potatoes turned out simply amazing! Unusually soft, with a creamy taste, aromatic. I used regular, universal seasoning. There's a little bit of everything, dried carrots and peppers, garlic, and all sorts of aromatic herbs. A mixture of sour cream, milk and eggs was flavored with this seasoning and poured over the potato wedges. I grated the hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkled it on 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Mega soft creamy taste! I recommend the recipe, enjoy cooking!
