STEP 1

Pour water over the prepared chicken and place on fire. Bring to a boil. When heated, foam will appear - it must be removed. Cook the chicken for 20-30 minutes over low heat. Salt the broth a little.
STEP 3

When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the broth and separate the meat from the bones. Strain the broth. If you, like me, like your chicken extra tender, return it to the broth at this step. Otherwise, add the meat at the very end of cooking. Place the pan on the fire again and bring to a boil.
STEP 4

Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and place in the boiling broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
STEP 5

At this time, start preparing the frying. Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and chop. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add chopped onions and carrots. Fry vegetables for 3-4 minutes over low heat.
STEP 6

Place the finished roast in a saucepan with soup. Add garlic, passed through a press. Add salt and spices to taste. As a spice, just add a little ground pepper. Boil everything together for 3-5 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
