The combination of potatoes and mushrooms is wonderful in any form. I like to cook and improvise, here I would add fried onions and carrots, and at the very end I would grate some cheese onto the cutlets and simmer under the lid.

I love to cook, but for some reason I have never prepared this dish before. I add mushrooms to chicken cutlets, after frying the mushrooms and onions in butter. But I haven’t thought about mixing mushrooms with potatoes yet. Thank you for the detailed recipe, the photo has whetted my appetite, I’ll definitely make these cutlets this weekend. And I use the same set of ingredients a little differently: I make potato dough according to the same principle, but I don’t mix it with mushrooms, but wrap them inside as a filling, pinch them and fry them in flour or breading. Thus, we will no longer get cutlets, but potato pies with mushrooms. Try it for a change!

Actually, cutlets can be made from anything. I really like cabbage and frozen vegetables (mixed vegetables), but I haven’t had potato and mushroom ones in my set yet. I'll have to try the recipe sometime.

What especially attracts me about these delicious cutlets is the appetizing crispy crust. I cook the mushrooms with onions and add dill at the end. I liked the idea about the cheese, but I would prefer to let it sit for 1-2 minutes after frying. in the microwave, then the cheese will melt and the crust will not lose its crunch.

A very interesting recipe, I’ve never tried it, I made chopped cutlets with chicken fillet, mushrooms and melted cheese. You should definitely try it, but I wonder if you put some sauce on them?
