I put the stale muffins and nuts through a meat grinder. Mix dry ingredients: crumbs with nuts and cocoa.
STEP 3

Let's start preparing butter cream using milk and eggs ("Charlotte"). Heat the milk and sugar, stirring, and bring to a boil.

In a separate pan, beat the egg with a whisk.
STEP 5

Without stopping beating, pour hot sweet milk into the egg in a thin stream.
STEP 6

Bring the mixture almost to a boil over low heat, stirring all the time. Cool the milk syrup a little.
STEP 7

While the syrup is cooling, knead the butter softened at room temperature and lightly beat.
STEP 8

While whipping the butter, add milk syrup in small portions and mix well until smooth. When introducing the last portion of syrup, add vanillin.
STEP 9

Pour a mixture of crumbs, nuts and cocoa into the resulting cream. Mix thoroughly. You should get a viscous, homogeneous mass.
STEP 10

We make a cake in the shape of a fir cone. Using scissors, we make “scales” on the pine cone.
STEP 11

Sprinkle the finished cakes with powdered sugar on top and place in the refrigerator for two hours.
