  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. It is better to use pork tenderloin from the upper parts of the carcass, where the meat is softer and more tender. Wash the meat thoroughly, cut it into pieces of approximately the same size so that they stew evenly and need the same amount of time to cook. Place the cooked meat in a bowl and sprinkle with wheat flour and mix.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onions and cut them into feathers or halves of rings. Wash the carrots, peel and grate. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it. Fry the vegetables in oil for 5 minutes until the carrots become soft and the onions are transparent. Remove vegetables from the pan.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the cooked meat on the remaining vegetables and very hot oil (you can add oil if necessary). Immediately stir with a spatula so that the flour forms a crust on the pieces of meat, and fry for 7 minutes over high heat, until light golden brown on all sides, then reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid and fry the meat for about another 10 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with water. Add ground black pepper to taste; if you want, you can use any other seasoning, for example, suneli hops, ground coriander or special spices for meat. We do not add salt right away so that the meat does not release its juices ahead of time, otherwise it will be dry and tough by the end of cooking.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add vegetable frying made from carrots and onions to the frying pan with the meat and fry them together for a few more minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Fill with prepared sour cream filling. Mix. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Remove the lid from the pan; the sour cream sauce should thicken noticeably. Salt the dish and mix. If the gravy seems runny, then the meat can be kept on the fire without a lid for a few more minutes. The dish is ready. Serve pork in sour cream sauce with a side dish to taste or with fresh vegetables, herbs and bread. Bon appetit!
