Peel and rinse the onion, then cut into half rings.

Rinse the pork well and cut into thin small pieces, lightly pound the meat.

Place the onion, pork and mayonnaise in one bowl, add salt and pepper, then mix well and leave to marinate in a warm place for a couple of hours.
