For lunch I cooked pork with mushrooms in a slow cooker. A simple, convenient and very tasty recipe. Instead of tomato paste, I used ketchup - it gives a brighter taste. Otherwise, I did not deviate from the recipe. I made mashed potatoes as a side dish for the pork and mushrooms. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

In the photo with the ingredients there is oil, incl. probably in oil) The meat will give juice, of course, but for mushrooms and onions I would use oil.

So I was surprised... there is no oil in the ingredients! I can’t imagine how you can fry without oil, even in a slow cooker - it will still crackle!
